That holiday is called Shavuot, and we celebrate it on Saturday. Traditionally, by eating two loaves of wheat bread and some dairy.
Or, for kids or kids-at-heart, a bowl of whole wheat pasta mixed with cottage cheese, as we did when we were kids.
