We take your needs seriously and we're happy to address them in any forum, public or private.
Estimated shipping delivery times:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
We process and ship items in stock within 2-7 business days.
If your item is out of stock or if there is a delay fulfilling your order, we will contact you via email.
For international shipments, you may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
If your order never arrived, email email@example.com or tweet us @ProudJewsTees within 7 days after your order was scheduled to be delivered to your address. Include your order number in the subject line of your email or within your tweet. We'll look into it and see what we can do.
Before you contact us, first check your shipping confirmation and make sure that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, send us the correct address and we’ll will reship your order – though you will pay the reshipment costs.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.
We hope you love your shirt, but if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days after your order was delivered to your address.
Keep in mind:
- We do not offer refunds of sale merchandise.
- Your items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
We will refund your original form of payment within 10 business days, though it may take a few days longer to see your refund appear as credit on your original form of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after your order was delivered to your address. Include your order number in the subject line of your email or within your tweet and include pictures if possible.
We’ll take care of you ASAP, at no charge. The last thing want is for you to be stuck with a damaged or defective item.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll sort it out.
Otherwise, we’ll swap your shirt out for a different size. You may have to pay a reshipment fee.
